Abstract
The study and analysis of the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational learning staff (headquarters) is a municipality in Kermanshah. The target population in this study, administrative staff (staff) are the municipalities of Kermanshah. The study of type, description and purpose of the application. In addition, to collect the required data in this study, a standard questionnaire was used. Data analysis was done through descriptive and inferential. To test the hypothesis and research questions, test, Pearson correlation and structural equation model was used. Based on the results obtained from testing the hypothesis, according to Pearson correlation test, transformational leadership dimensions, including the precise expression of the vision, communication, inspiration, leadership support, intellectual stimulation and personal knowledge and organizational learning and administrative personnel (staff) Municipality Kermanshah, there is a significant positive relationship. Based on structural equation model, the five components of transformational leadership, organizational learning dimension direct and positive impact on the city of Kermanshah had administrative staff. In general, a significant amount based on the critical points 1.96 and 1.96- determined. Thus, if the coefficient is significantly higher than 1.96 or less than the null hypothesis 1.96- accepted and confirmed the existence of a significant relationship. Given the significant factor (23/10), the effects of transformational leadership on organizational learning was confirmed.
